PURCHASE BUS TICKETS

BY WEDNESDAY 

It's that time again! Bus Tickets must be purchased by 5:00 pm each Wednesday. Bus Supervisors must also reserve a seat online. 

BUS STOP LOCATIONS 

& SCHEDULE

PICK UP

Buses pick up and drop off at two locations: Wooster and Reed High Schools.

The Wooster stop is located behind the Wooster ball fields. 1901 Villanova Dr, Reno, NV 89502

Be at your bus stop no later than 7:00 am. The bus leaves at 7:15 am. It is crucial to be ON TIME.

Skis and snowboards must be in bags to protect the buses. Ensure you have all of your gear, including your helmet.

A child must be registered as a bus kid with a badge. Your badge can be picked up at the lodge on the first day if you have not received it. 

DEPARTURE 

Students will load the bus at approx. 2:30 pm for departure from Sky Tavern, and arrive at the school no later than 4:00 pm. Please arrive at the school bus stop by 3:15 to pick up your child.

The bus will not depart Sky Tavern until every child is accounted for. If you pick up your child from the mountain, please check them out at the front desk.

Important Reminders

• Bring your own water bottle. We do not have free cups available, but we have water bottles and Yeti mugs for sale.
• Always wear your badge 
• Prepare and label your equipment before arrival 
• Know your Responsibility Code and always wear a helmet

Bus Ticket Policy

Only bus tickets for “NO GO” days roll over to the next week of operation. There are no refunds or exchanges for different weekends. If the ticket is not used during the following “GO” weekend, the ticket is forfeited. Children participating in the bus program must arrive at the bus pick-up location (Reed High School or Wooster High School) no later than 7:00 am. All Skis and Snowboards are required to be in a bag. The bus departs Sky Tavern at approximately 2:30 pm. The bus departs once every child is accounted for. Bus Students are returned to their designated drop-off location between 3:15-4:00 pm. Parents should arrive by 3:15 pm for pick-up. If you pick your child up from Sky Tavern, you MUST check your child out at the front desk prior to 2:30 pm. If no spots are available for your preferred bus stop location, OR if you missed the 5:00 pm Wednesday deadline, please CALL for availability.
